    the gov has announced 15% renewable target for 2020 and suddenly wind farms are set to explode - talk of BBW spending 300 mil on another wind farm, but domestic production would now be small in comparison with all their OS wind farms.
    Is there a locally listed wind farm player that would have leverage to our wind industry ?
