Can you show where is the long term growth? I know labor government might chip in a few to meet the stupxd CO2 target, but the growth prospect is not that great, particularly with projected negative growth for 2009.
Well, if you cannot earn enough profit, but want to distribute more than you earned, only way you can do it is to borrow.
Try some plantation stocks, such as FEA, WFL great earning, cheap Price/Book Value ratio, fully franked dividends, and benefit from Labor Government CO2 policy as well.
