Slippery slope anyone?
If those Incentive assumptions are wrong, why are the ones declaring Energy efficiency as cheaper than keeping Liddell open correct??
It's simply not plausible that a renewable energy think tank could miss incentives / subsidies for coal & gas in it's deliberations if they in fact exist.
