A few short years ago there was a great deal of fuss about a 'big battery' being unveiled in South Australia.
Now there are so many underway we need a map to keep track of them all. Their capacity and efficiency is growing exponentially, their cost is going the other direction.

Then we have hydro, not just the snowy of course, we have Tasmania angling to be the battery of the nation:
