2. IMPOSSIBLE - as has been worked through time and time again

and if one of the objectives is impossible - then, it's a no go. It HAS been considered.

If that is the case then why don't the Labs remove the ban on it in Australia and let the market decide and if it is not viable then the money won't go near it.
