I remember back in the 80’s when the tree hugging types got the brown paper bags removed from the shops and brought in plastic bags to save the trees.

Has anyone else noticed that we’ve come full circle with the tree hugging types now getting rid of plastic bags and the brown paper bags now being a sign that we care about the environment?

You just can’t trust a tree hugging type to know what way is up but it’s easy to see how they can be lead by the nose to any half baked idea that will waste the taxpayers money.
