Its biased rubbish ,IMO.

There's no mention of hydrogen.
Their gunna be major importers of hydrogen from offshore windfarms, also their gunna partner up with countries, which have abundant sunshine to offset the importation of said hydrogen.
Out of 20 industries, they identify 22 as appropriate for Hydrogen.

Hydrogen , clearly a big game changer IMO.
