it seems to me that namibia must be in the mining worlds
spotlight at moment. with the restructuring of the rule
book on foreign ownership, i feel the powers that be will
be mindfull not to attract any more adverse publicity, by
sending a negative message to all foreign companies, by
going against a unanimous decision set down by the
supreme court, that mls are the lawfull owners of the
leases, and should be returned and renewed in their name.
if all due diligence has been carried out by mls in the
period the leases were being worked, i feel the minister
for mining like it or not, will have no choice but to
return the leases to mls.
to kalaa and others, thanks for all your research on this
stock, it has convinced me to hold.
to me this is a lottery ticket with a better than fifty
percent chance of winning. i may be wrong, but i would
hate to see my numbers come up and not have bought a
ticket. to all long suffering holders, especially the
