Your throbbing big toe is right Billyboy. The EPL application is currently sitting with the Minister of Mining and Energy awaiting sign-off, after being processed by his department.
One can only assume there were no adverse findings by the MME when reviewing the application, otherwise they would have contacted MLS and it would not have been presented to the Minister for his final approval.
If only the honourable Minister would stop making headlines and start signing on the bloody dotted line! :)
