No it doesn't. It only gives him 20% voting rights. The T50 hold 75% and outweigh his shrinking share stockpile. There is nothing to say that he won't continue selling if the gold price continues to go up and he has customers selling out of their gold and want payment.
He is illiquid, verging on insolvent. If he has to sell now, he most probably will have to sell tomorrow as well.
Plus, he won't have the numbers if the board went to a vote, let alone if he ends up going into administration.
