The Land Code (Amendment) Bill 2025 has been endorsed and passed unanimously yesterday in DUN.

Talked to someone in L&S. They are waiting for the instruction from the Ministry to proceed with the final documentation.
Hopefully, the royalties is not too high and other conditions are not too tough. And does not take too long.
We should be starting our serious ground works soon !
BTW, Kingston Resources Ltd (KSN) just sold their green field Misima Gold project , which is located in a remote Island Misima ,PNG to Ok Tedi Mining Ltd for A$95 M !
Our project is much more well advanced and at least 10 times better than this.
