Renewals

A core part of the nearmap.com revenue model is the compounding effect of annual licence renewals. We don't take anything for granted and work hard every day to offer our customers fast responsive service and a product that we are proud of. Its a competitive sector and world that we operate in so it is very satisfying for the team when our customers decide after a year of using nearmap to renew their licence -- it means we are doing the right things but need to do even more to keep them as customers long term. It was a good week in this regard - to date we have achieved 100% of the scheduled licence renewals and Main Roads became of our first State Govt. Department to confirm their renewal.

I wont be posting too much about customer renewals but felt this was an important achievement to share. Thanks to our customers at Main Roads for their ongoing support we appreciate it.
