You can't pull out. Once You buy them your in. You just don't exercise your right to buy the attached full price ordinary share.
So think of acwo as your hedge. If acw takes off. You pay an extra 6c and become friends with your bank manager. If acw fails you only lose 1.8c but the bank manager doesn't coming calling on you
