I'm not sure what they are waiting for on the buyback. Seems quite odd.

As for the share price, do you guys not think this is just in line with a normal market. It got grabbed by momentum traders, the PE got to a ridiculous level, then the bubble popped, and the valuation has been crunched. For small caps, nothing seems out of the ordinary here. Its part of the 50/80 rule. 50% of stocks will drop 80% and 80% will drop 50%. My chart tells me we are at the 80% level nearly now. Couple that with small caps struggling to get a serious bid and lack of market breadth. CSL is a big cap, and the chart also tops at the same time as Clinuvel. Im not sure i see anything out the normal of market mechanics here. Yes, there is value here. Yes, the market can remain irrational longer than most can bear. The shorters out there will eventually move on, and it could eventually be the reason the share price appreciates because of a squeeze. Ill continue to watch until we bŕeak above the 200DMA.
