I'm also a LT holder and ex notes holder.
Finally seeing signs of action is what I have been waiting for (very patiently).
Other Biz projects (AOE and PES) have treated me well, so I have been happy to wait.

The cynic in me is saying that unless this is done right, the re-cap will just increase the share price, which will give it more room to fall.
The restructure package needs to come with a solid enough story to allay the sellers fears to the point that the sells are removed, and new buyers come in.
The seller overhang will be huge as those that have been stuck forever finally have an opportunity to exit.
Hopefully Biz will give them a reason not to.
