One one hand, its hard for LT share holders to accept that they have to put their hand in pocket again to fund the payout of WEG.....on the other hand imagine the dismay if these shares had been offered to the market through a share placement to existing instos/sophisticated investors.....the existing SH's would have revolted.
One that basis, whilst hard to take, its about as fair as it could have been.
Those who have faith will find a way to pay, average down and keep shareholding undiluted.....those who don't will have to hold on to their hat.....don't be naive though to think that your estimated share price (future) will be what it was.
My worry is what happens if we can't negotiate WEG out....I'm annoyed that we don't seem to have any recourse to them not paying bills! They will walk out with a significant profit (despite that) and we all feel raped.
Do any of the sensible LT,s (ST, Pelm, Humble) have a view?
