In tranche 2 there is $22M expected to be raised under an offering of 2:1 @ $0.75. So the new instos and sophisticated investors get an extra 50% at $0.75, effectively raising $9M not $6M. So in tranche 2 we still have $19M to raise through existing shareholders, most of us not happy and IMO may not want to through more money at this and a comment that TRF may not want to take up the offer.
It will be interesting to see who is underwriting the offer, because IFE still have a lot of money and commitment to get.
