Hey All,
I'm relative new when it comes to the more in depth side of share trading and just wanted to get some advice
I have just received my MLM Rights Issue pack in the mail with a cover letter explaining the new deal to raise $5.5 mil (roughly) alone with the Appendix 3B New Announcement application.
Q1 - What is the difference with issuing these rights compared to issuing normal stock? Or will they end up the same as normal stock?
Q2 - How do you go about taking up the offer?
Q3 - Where can I find out the price of the issued stock?
Q4- Is anyone taking up the offer in the hopes that the company will rebound in the future? (I have taken a fairly nice sized loss on this stock so I might look into it!)
Thanks for your help.
