The entitlements at 25.50 is a great deal. Only problem is the retail investor will not get many. 1 for 23 is a bit stingy. For example if you have 2500 shares your only going to get 108 shares at 25.50. Not much, appears to be geared towards instos with retail investors getting the scraps.
Having said all that its 40 here we come just a matter of time.
