Unfortunately mums and dads dont make up the majority holders of shares.
It will rely on whether the largest holders have the cash lying around to tip in, which in these times of business closures and shares crashing, reduces the ability significantly for major holders to find the funds and have the desire to commit.
I will be impressed if we dont need to use the underwriters to be honest.
The last CR I oversubscribed significantly, whereas this one I didnt have much spare capacity due to the current climate and closing my food & bev business due to covid 19, but did the max I could.
I dont think we will see the angst displayed last time over not getting their full allocation of extras applied for, which is a positive.
Stranger things have happened, but not holding my breath.
