Is there some reason why companies always send out prospectuses and entitlement forms for rights days, sometimes weeks, after they start trading ? Wouldn't it make sense to send out the entitlement form and then commence trading a couple of days later ? I guess you can go to the announcement to get details and calculate your own entitlement but I I don't see why they always schedule it like this.
