Hi Baby Doc,
If have 1million shares and take up your full entitlement then you will be offered 2mil shares @5c/share which will cost you $100,000.00.
If you don’t pay the $100,000.00 and choose not to take up your offer you will get diluted.
If you don’t want to take up your offer you will be able to sell your rights on the market for the price difference between the current share price and the new issue price of 5c.
On 1million shares you will get 500,000 free 10c options expiring in 2025 and will cost you 10c/share if you choose to exercise.
