They are somewhere between a "complete sham operation" and an "infant stage business with potential" with the chairman of the board Harmel Rayat owning 70+% of the shares. They copied the exact re-cell process and renamed it a "skin gun" while claiming it's used to spray "stem cells" on the area. This could have been malicious or just independent research because of the lack of exposure of Avita to the world market. Either way it matters not. Skin gun and stem cells are "buzz word" selling points that Avita should have used, but didn't. Re-cell actually uses progentior cells which are pluripotent stem cells, and therefore technically "stem cells." but not in the way the popular public thinks about them. Avita for one reason or another has avoided the use of the phrase "stem cells" but to answer your question, one should not be worried in the least bit about Renovocare.
