RenovaCare was recently awarded new patents. It's interesting to see that AVH has not sought to challenge any of the patents RenovaCare has been awarded. I wonder if they are still sore from losing their previous patent battle against RenovaCare.
In any case, this is something that should be watched closely. Without defensible patents, AVH is a sitting duck for copycats who only need to make things slightly better, maybe slightly cheaper and with better marketing to really steal the show
