Thanks everyone for the reply. Its an old cottage. Keeping the gardens clean and tidy. Only looking at spending 50 on the bathroom, laundry Kitchen and ensuite. Plus a few walls at the front to open up a bit more etc. Looking at a 5 year term and then moving on.

I have also the old double garage in reasonable condition. Someone said the other day, why dont you convert it into a granny flat, adds extra value etc. Not sure. Only the wife and I living on the premises.
