When RNT first listed a couple of months ago they had set up an incentive plan to reward management for good performance. Alot of the options included as renumeration have a strike price of 30 cents. So according to management predictions the medium term price should be alot higher than 0.30 (you wouldn't award yourself for good performance with options you can't cash).

However IMO you will regret trading this business as a short or medium term trade. I believe long term rent.com.au will exceed $500 mill market capitalisation.
