    thanks, makes sense. like the concept, it's all in the name and to me really just seems to be a no brainer. what I was missing is exactly as you say, the free listing is essentially a "free offer" for now, which will switch off at some stage. letting fees/advertising fees etc can equate to far more than a couple of hundred!
