All very well to suggest I can secure an unsecured business loan at similar rates to one secured with property but you have offered no evidence to suggest that is possible. I would welcome and appreciate if you could but I doubt you can.

I am not buying a liability, just paying out his share of the book value of business assets. That includes 5 items of rental equipment with a book value of $20k which brings in $13k on annual income and I would have no problem selling them for $12 each
