    Its not about a pure investment is about one for many people their form disciplined savings program apart from super.
    Also I have rented all my life apart from when I built and moved into my own house last year.
    Landlords do the minimum to maintain their properties so owning a house enables you to set it up the way you want to live
    and brings great comfort and joy.
