have you ever heard of a novated lease on a car?

i think if you did some dedicated research you may in fact realise that your so called renting a car does actually work very very well as far as lifestyle and tax purposes are concerned,

i wont go into all the nitty gritty so when you have some time on your hands check out novated leasing,

it does work for quite a lot of people who have their own businesses like me, etc,

the tax advantages are advantagous to a degree, not perfect, not ideal, but it does work for some,

yes it would not work for everyone,

but we are having an intelligent conversation and i thought my point of view would be consistently relevant so some of or most of the ghosts out there reading this,

btw, some of the muscle cars that are out there are worth massive amounts of money now compared to some of the shit box houses that some people have decided to rent, make of that what you like,
