Actually , even though they state the bleedin' obvious it might a useful study in that it might encourage people ( particularly young ones ) to think about their finances and come up with a plan .
Might mean that they become lifetime renters and invest the difference somewhere else but at least they'll have a goal .
Just read Scott Paape's new book . It is kind of a rehash of his usual material . That said , the underlying message is to have a plan . Once you have established that plan , forget about it and get on with your life while the plan ticks away in the background .
