it's an affordability problem
did people not read the Grattan report only in the last weeks??
it distilled down to this ------------ Australia - badly LAGGING in social housing in the last several years (note - Liberal government years) -------------- NEEDS tens of thousands of homes built for 'social' housing
in the interim ----------- rental assistance needs to rise dramatically - they suggested 40% from memory.
