ROFLMHO. That's it. Get some dumpy old weatherboard or fibro joint. Rent it out dirt cheap to encourage the riff raff. Doubt it would be worthwhile in ballarat thought, cause there's plenty of land there. Try it in a melbourne suburb like dandenong, frankston, Boronia etc. Big blocks with shitty houses.
