Stage 1 was about getting the footprint. Seems to be happening.
Stage 2 is generating revenue. That's the unproven bit. Smart Plan is the first real test. Even if agents sign up to the concept, RNT need to validate rental conversions before they get paid.
Looks like the jury will be out for a while yet. Possibly it will take longer than the company thinks. Changing attitudes often is. But when it happens , I reckon Smart Plan will ramp up much quicker than anyone thinks.
There will be other revenue sources, of course, but Smart Plan is the one to crack first.
