Gatto, your actually doing the owner a favour - if its essentail maintanence like gutters etc, then I want to know if there is an issue.
Touchwood I havent had a bad tenant yet, but then I charge 10% below the going rate (I find people get angry when the rent seems excessive after they signed up :)), and I don't rent to YOUNG single professionals where possible....
Single mums have been the best tenants!
