y-c 5.85% is a good rate , but l dont fancy having to pay
even more tax to krudd & co.
l like having the ip while l still continue to rent .
looking to buy again in 6-12 months ,thats not the
issue. The issue is perdantic,inbreed,selfish people
and they are actually serious about it.
When and if there are any real problems they are
fixed asap.
