Oh the joys of renting.
If I have any problem with my house I'll just tell the landlord and get it fixed. So far have fixed the dishwasher, air-con, tap washer, exhaust fan and gutters. Repairs must have cost 10k over a period of three years. Glad I don't have to pay for it.
