oh dear, a few home truths, absolutley no one lists a house in December....cause the rest of the population is too busy, shopping or partying.....preparing for the holidays.... same reason auction numbers drop off....last big auction numbers were end of November.... there may have been a few fhb left out there finding that house before the grant ran out.... nothing much happens again until Feb, when everyone goes back to work/school etc same old same old for past 30 years.....
just you wait until a new housing grant takes its place...in the May budget, if not before.... it may be 30,000 plus for a new home only... it will have zilch affect on the current market....it will have a good affect for the new home market....
reporters have nothing better to do....so any story required to sell the advertising....under the guise of news..
