giday sskim,
our units are insured through the body corporate, so no need for building insurance as they have to cover it,
tenant pays for contents insurance.
tenant pays for water consumption
management fee is $120.12 per month,
statement fee is $4.40 per month,
body corporate fee is $220 per quarter,
we get rent of $380.00 per week and in about 2 months the rent will rise to $390.00 per week,
we only have around $2k a year coming out of our pocket atm to support one unit,
as the rent goes up more we are even closer to the tenant paying all the costs for us,
i think we have around $110k in equity in one unit so far, plus or minus.
hope that helps.
