Ge , Im not sure how that compares when broken down Area but Area , but vacancy rates are low ..nothing of any quality stays on the rental list for long ..even in Pakenham .
None of our investors in Pakenham dont have a tennant ..and even the stuff in here ( sandhurst ) , which I reckon is real expensive , get picked up inside of 10 days .
Oppened one as a favour for a client ( new ) in Cranbourne North , at top odds ..and they were queing and pleeding ( no b/s ) ..
But if you are not too worried about the money ..go for Brighton mate , Its a great part of the world .
I guess the test would come when you put in applications , but Ive found decent rental listings are tough to get ( just my experience ..maybe Im wrong )
