    if you want a 3 month lease, expect to pay double or triple the rent...its called a short term stay...and you will find houses that are only available for short termers, at a price....you will find them under holiday accommodation
    predominately used by business people, coming to town on business, or people moving to the area, whilst waiting to find a permanent home, and some holidayers....it can be applied for up to 6 months...

    the alternate is to take a 12 month lease,then break the lease and pay the costs until a new tenant takes over....

    I looked into short term accommodation as a landlord, and it s a good market...
    a friend has done it...she has doubled the rent on her little nest egg....the short term stays usually have everything one needs, linen cutlery etc, fully furnished.. they rent from 3 days to 6 months at triple the rates...
