My agent currently uses Rental Rewards, but I believe is now switching to RentPay (this is what I was told by the Rentpay support team).
In my experience with Rental rewards .... its a joke.. I've wondered why I'm paying a fee to do what can easily be done (i.e. EFT direct to my agent.)
At least Rentpay will allow you to change the frequency of your payments + add a buffer if you like. Hopefully they add some other bonuses for the users (potential reward points such as flybuys etc.)
