gosh - socialist ideas aren't good for renters eh?

like Germany perhaps? You know, Germany - free education for anyone (including foreigners), compulsory 50% board membership by workers, and rent?? - well

''Germany has some of the strongest renter protection laws among Western nations, with a focus on subsidies for renters rather than owner-occupiers. The German rental housing market is characterized by stability and security, with open-ended leases, strict regulations on rent increases, and protections for tenants against arbitrary eviction. These laws have been in place since the post-World War II period when subsidized housing was introduced to address the housing shortage. Germany's strong renter protection laws are a key element of federal legislation and play a crucial role in ensuring stable and affordable rental housing for its population''

it's more likely that Australia has the problem with not supporting it's people - or even knowing how

no rental queues where I am either - and lots of renter protections
