I just get tired of liars. I am happy to have vigorous and passionate arguments with people who disagree with me but only if I can respect them and their stated opinion.

If people are going to lie then there really is no point in talking to them is there?

Now to show what I mean here is one University in Sydney showing a drop in internation student enrollments:

So it is not that all Unis are seeing international enrollments up. Just thought I would try to set an example.

Now here's the sort of article that will be embraced by the people who want to see negativity:

They will LOVE it because it is a forecast with no supporting data, it is an opinion piece. Furthermore it says things like this "foreign students starting to pull out of Australian universities – threatening to take a $14.2b industry with them".

Beautiful isn't it? They are threatening to take the whole $14.2 Billion industry with them, quality journalism, no scare tactics there. The whole shebang, no decline, the whole industry will shut down.

This is why, generally speaking, I hate journalists. This bloke (no attributed author of the article) is a prime example of gutter journalism. Sensationalise as much as possible, avoid reasonable reporting at all costs.
