peaman....the median wage and median house price is a tool for fools imo plenty of affordable properties out there for everyone....I am talking about 220.000 3 bdr houses, with new freeways 30 mins or less to the cbd...up north of the city...and frankston..too...freeways are gorgeous things...used to be an hour or more from town...now half the time idiots talking about being on a min wage of 60k looking to pay 600 for an inner city pad....they must have rocks in their heads... they can afford 4 times 60k is 240,000 easy...oh now, not rates 7% but about 3% so they can afford more but under 300 k...why would you pay any more, than you can afford as jan sommers 10 excuses list....just another excuse
