fraiser, yes stock market give better return than property but the avergae person can grasp property investment and not the stock market. And yes liquidity of shares is a plus
Don't thing property is that difficalt to manage.
Owning your own home is a must IMO, the idea of having $1m or $2m and be a renter makes no sence. Ie rent inspection restrictions and having to move, no way
