What are you on about? you send me a chart of house prices over 40 years and tell me to find the cycles? then say you dont get my reply? are you being ridiculous?
house prices dont trend with inflation, they trend with wages.. Its wages that buy house's, with this power increased or decreased by interest rates..
houses are built by people for people, paid for with wages, and house's dont grow bigger. That is why the cost of housing stays the same decade by decade and doesnt inflate, and always bursts if it does.
