Steve70 the title of this thread is copied above . Surely your an expert on renting as u seem to be an expert on everything related to property . Including CGT , property investors driving up prices ,population growth not creating a supply and demand scenario,inflation etc etc etc .
Maybe u can start a thread about how much money u've made by paying someone elses mortgage for the last 10 years ? Oh woopsies my mistake as u earn so much interest on your cash on deposit it pays your rent . lol
