nttg...I doubt very much there is anyone here with that much in savings waiting to buy a house...
some were going to make a killing on stocks to get the house...but stocks gone under up to 90% in some cases and overall 50%...so have to wait for stocks to recover
most fhb may have had some savings...to get them into the mode of saving...most would be reliant on the grant to get in
