no Kincella some of our friends clearly stated that they could pay in cash the full price ie 500k were waiting for perth to come down the 40%.
Kincella, you are right in that that few have the 500k - many with 100k or less. So taking the example but making it say 350k, a more reasonable FHB, they would borrow 250,000 or so. if they wait and inflation is 10% then they need 35k more, but saving would on 100k obly give 12k before or some 7k after tax, so they are 28k behind the 8 ball.
